All call data stored in RapidCall - including recordings, transcripts, and extracted information - is kept securely within your account environment. Your call data and your contacts’ data are not shared with third parties by RapidCall. Access is restricted to your workspace and the users you have authorised. Recordings and transcripts are stored on a per-call basis and can be deleted at any time. If required, call recording can also be disabled entirely at the agent level. You control how long records are retained, and data can be manually deleted from your account whenever needed. Call history can also be exported in full, giving you complete ownership and portability of your data. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on RapidCall servers. The platform is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and uses session-based authentication scoped to each workspace, helping keep account environments isolated and access controlled.

GDPR note

  • informing callers that a call may be recorded,
  • and informing callers when AI is being used, where required by law or local practice.
