The History tab lets you view and restore previous versions of your agent. This is useful when a recent change has affected performance, altered behaviour in an unintended way, or simply needs to be reversed. Instead of rebuilding manually, you can roll back to an earlier version and return to a known working setup. The Publish button controls what goes live. Saving changes in the editor does not automatically update the live agent. If the agent is already handling calls, your latest edits will remain in draft form until you publish them. This gives you a safer workflow for testing, reviewing, and refining changes before they affect live conversations.
