Once an outbound campaign is live, you need a clear way to see what is happening as calls are completed. RapidCall gives you two main monitoring views inside the platform, and your contact list gives you a third operational layer.

Call History

Call History is the fastest way to inspect individual calls. As calls complete, they appear in the log with key details such as:
  • outcome,
  • duration,
  • sentiment,
  • cost,
  • and call direction.
You can filter by:
  • agent,
  • date range,
  • phone number,
  • or other available fields.
If something appears to be going wrong, open the call and inspect the detail view. The transcript, recording, extracted data, and technical information will usually show you exactly where the issue is. Use Call History when you need to answer questions like:
  • Is the agent following the script correctly?
  • Are contacts hanging up at the same point?
  • Are functions firing when they should?
  • Is the tone or pacing causing friction?

Performance dashboard

The Performance section gives you a higher-level view of campaign health. It helps you track metrics such as:
  • total calls,
  • answer rate,
  • average duration,
  • transfer rate,
  • voicemail rate,
  • cost per minute,
  • and sentiment distribution.
If you are running more than one agent, the By Agent view lets you compare performance side by side. This is especially useful for A/B testing prompts, voice stacks, or campaign configurations. Use the Performance dashboard when you want to understand overall movement rather than inspect single calls.

Your contact list

If your workflow is writing call outcomes back into the contact list, the list itself becomes an operational dashboard. By sorting or filtering the status column, you can quickly see:
  • how many contacts have already been called,
  • how many still need to be called,
  • how many need a retry,
  • how many declined,
  • and how many converted.
For many teams, especially managers who do not need to inspect every call inside the platform, this becomes the simplest day-to-day view of campaign progress.

What to do after launch

Check the campaign early. A good rule is to review it at least once within the first 30 minutes after launch. During that first review:
  • listen to a few recordings,
  • read the transcripts,
  • verify that the call outcomes make sense,
  • and confirm that the agent is behaving as expected.
Most serious issues appear within the first batch of calls. Catching them early is much better than letting a broken campaign continue for hours.

Best practice

Use all three monitoring layers together:
  • Call History for individual call diagnosis,
  • Performance for aggregate trends,
  • and your contact list for operational campaign tracking.
That combination gives you both the detail and the overview needed to manage a live campaign properly.
