Agents
The Agents section is where you create, manage, and review your AI agents. Each agent card gives you a quick overview, including connected phone numbers, total call volume, and last activity. From here, you can also import agents from other platforms using JSON, export agents for backup or review, and access agent-level performance reports. When you open an agent, you enter the full configuration area where you can define:- prompt and behaviour,
- voice and model stack,
- call settings,
- knowledge base,
- functions and actions,
- webhooks,
- and security settings.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is the information library your agents use during calls. You can upload documents such as PDF, DOC, or TXT files, or paste text directly into the platform. Once connected to an agent, that knowledge becomes available during conversations without needing to place everything inside the prompt itself. This helps keep prompts cleaner while giving agents access to the information they need.Deploy
Phone Numbers
The Phone Numbers section is where you manage all numbers connected to your workspace. For each number, you can configure:- inbound routing, which determines which agent answers incoming calls,
- outbound routing, which determines which agent places calls from that number,
- allowed country permissions,
- and optional trust or verification settings.
Outbound Calls
The Outbound Calls section lets you trigger individual calls manually. To place a call, select the agent, choose the number the call should come from, and enter the destination in E.164 format using+[country code][number]. You can also choose whether to enable call recording.
Below the dialler, the jobs table shows recent outbound call attempts along with their status and result.
Monitor
Call History
Call History provides a complete log of calls across all agents in the workspace. You can filter calls by date, agent, or phone number. Each row includes key call details such as time, origin, destination, status, recording availability, cost, direction, duration, and latency. Clicking into a call opens the detail view, where you can access:- a playable recording with download option,
- call metrics such as cost, latency, sentiment, and token usage,
- an auto-generated summary,
- a timestamped transcript,
- extracted data fields,
- and technical logs.
- User Hung Up - the contact ended the call,
- Agent Ended - the agent completed the call flow and ended the conversation,
- No Answer - the call was not picked up,
- Max Duration - the call reached the maximum time limit configured for the agent.
Performance
The Performance section gives you analytics across your calling activity. You can view data in two modes:- General - performance across all agents combined,
- By Agent - a breakdown for individual agents.
- total calls,
- answer rate,
- average duration,
- transfer rate,
- voicemail rate,
- cost per minute,
- and customer sentiment.
System
Billing
The Billing section gives you a real-time view of usage and payment history. The Usage tab breaks down costs by billing component, including:- platform minutes,
- voice provider usage,
- and language model usage.
Settings
The Settings section controls workspace-wide configuration. This includes:- workspace identity,
- team access,
- API keys,
- webhooks,
- and usage limits.
